Branding




Developing the brand identity for the Emirates Mars Mission (EMM). This was done through research on the values, mission, and vision of the EMM. 


The keywords I found that best represented the brand were exploration and travel. These were then used to develop the brand logo.


Moreover, the concept communicates the EMM’s mission to explore space, specifically Mars. This is shown through the continuous line intersecting Mars and launching further into space. The illusion of space and the vastness of its exploration is also shown through the repetitive lines that change in line weights as they travel around the sphere. Finally, the white on black contrast in the sphere is a representation of what is known of Mars and what is left to explore and discover.


The brand identity was further developed through GIFs, Stationary, and Mockups.
